BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Relationship Manager to join our SME Business Banking team where you’ll be working as part of a dynamic and focussed team of business bankers.

 

The role

As a Business Relationship Manager your goal will be to ensure nbs is providing needs-based banking solutions for SME business customers; ensuring customers financial needs and goals are met and that we are delivering an unbeatable customer experience.

You will identify new to bank opportunities and build successful customer-driven relationships both internally and externally in the market.

 

What you will bring

To be successful you will bring a good understanding of the Business SME market and business banking in general including an understanding of what our customers in this segment want and need from a banking relationship.

You will be a strong networker with the ability to identify and build new networks and relationships. Excellent communication and influencing skills will complement your broad knowledge of the banking/finance industry.

It will be your proven experience and success as a business banker, along with a strong understanding of banking procedures and policies including preparation of credit and lending submissions that will demonstrate you have the right technical skills for this role.

Qualification

• Must have a minimum qualification of a Bachelor degree in any of these disciplines – Accounting /Economics /Banking/Business Administration or a relevant field of study or work experience in Banking.

Experience

• At least 5 years of direct work experience and sound knowledge of bank products and services.
