The National Bank of Samoa (nbs) invites qualified candidates interested in pursuing careers with nbs

1. MANAGER CREDIT
The Manager Credit position provides support and assistance to the Head of Business Banking to
ensure independent quality credit assessment and reviews of all lending proposals are completed
objectively, effectively, and timely in accordance with Bank Credit Policy and Procedures. The role
ensures that all credit approvals are soundly based, involved appropriate research/analysis, and
reflects the Bank’s Policies and Risk Appetite. Also to assist with the development of a highly effective
lending risk management process incorporating Credit Assessment and Compliance.
2. MANAGER RECOVERIES/COLLECTIONS
The Manager Recoveries/Collections is responsible for the efficient operations of the Recoveries
Department, ensuring that non-performing credit facilities are proactively managed and
significantly reduced in numbers and amount. To ensure targets are met to achieve the recoveries
and collections KPIs and the Bank’s overall objectives.
