1. MANAGER RECOVERIES/COLLECTIONS (Re-advertised)
The Manager Recoveries/Collections is responsible for the efficient operations of the Recoveries
Department, ensuring that non-performing credit facilities are proactively managed and
significantly reduced in numbers and amount. To ensure targets are met to achieve the recoveries
and collections KPIs and the Bank’s overall objectives.
2. RELATIONSHIP OFFICER (RO)
The RO role provides assistance and support to Business Relationship Managers and the Head of
Business to ensure a sound and profitable growth of the loan book; to increase the Bank’s market
share as well as contributing to the Department’s daily operations.
