1. HEAD OF RETAIL BANKING
nbs is seeking a qualified individual to provide departmental leadership, general customer service management, coordination and delegation of the operational functions for overall Retail department business activities, and day to day retail operations. Head of Retail JD
2. BRANCH MANAGER – RETAIL BANKING
The purpose of the role is to assist the Head of Retail Banking with the delivery of all operational targets of the
department in consistence with the bank’s growth strategic and marketing plans, effective management of its
overall daily operation, and provide constant support to the team at all times. Branch Manager Retail JD
3. TEAM LEADER – RETAIL BANKING
The overall responsibility of this role is to assist the Branch Manager Retail to drive and deliver the team’s growth strategic plans and effectively manage the daily operation of the Retail Department to achieve outstanding results through proactive promotion and sale of bank products and services whilst fostering the culture of COMPLIANCE within the team. 4. SENIOR IT SYSTEM SUPPORT OFFICER
The role is responsible for providing effective and efficient IT support services to Customers, Management and Staff. The role will have responsibilities across the LAN/WAN, voice and windows systems and applications, ICT peripherals. Assist in End Of Day processing as well as Core Banking support. Training on the job is required. Senior IT System Support JD
