JOB VACANCY: ICT Service Desk Analyst

 

Responsible for Incident Management on Spiceworks to provide first and second line technical support for internal/external customers.  Other responsibilities include the allocation of support tasks to the ICT support team; follow up on actions and closure of incidents.  Organisational skills a must.

 

Must be reliant and process orientated, exceptional customer services skills and a pleasant phone manner.  A good command of English oral/written is essential for processes documentation.

Qualifications

·         Relevant Industrial

·         Relevant Academic

·         General ICT Enterprise exposure & experience

 

Technical Skills

·         Systems Administration – Windows/Linux

·         Competent user of the Microsoft Office Suite

·         General understanding of ICT operations

·         Some Best Practice knowledge

·         Documentation, Reporting

 

Behavioural Competencies

·         Great team player

·         Excellent troubleshooting skills

·         Excellent Customer services

·         Effective communicator

·         Excellent telephone answering skills

Remuneration is based on relevant qualification and work experience
