JOB VACANCY: ICT Service Desk Analyst
Responsible for Incident Management on Spiceworks to provide first and second line technical support for internal/external customers. Other responsibilities include the allocation of support tasks to the ICT support team; follow up on actions and closure of incidents. Organisational skills a must.
Must be reliant and process orientated, exceptional customer services skills and a pleasant phone manner. A good command of English oral/written is essential for processes documentation.
