JOB VACANCY: Junior ICT Technical Consultant
Responsible for first and second line ICT support, logging incidents, installation and some maintenance for internal customers. Assist senior members of the team in projects and backup on leave as required.
The role will have responsibilities across the LAN/WAN, voice and windows systems and applications, ICT peripherals. Assist in End Of Day processing as well as Core Banking support. Training on job is required.

· Relevant Industrial · Relevant Academic · Minimum 12 months ICT experience Technical Skills · Microsoft Systems and Office applications · General network skills– LAN/WAN/WLAN · Understanding of ICT security and boundary management (firewalls/DMZ/Virus/Malware protection) · ITIL and business application knowledge beneficial but not essential · Documentation Behavioural Competencies · Basic troubleshooting skills · Excellent Customer services · Effective communicator |
